การใช้ Outlook สำหรับ iOS สำหรับการจัดการอีเมลและปฏิทินส่วนบุคคล
Thank you for letting me know.
You can try removing and re-adding the Microsoft Authenticator from your account settings online.
First, may I ask if you still have access to your Microsoft account on a Windows device?
If yes, please follow these steps carefully:
- Open Edge (or any browser you prefer) and go to: https://account.microsoft.com/
- When you are asked for a Microsoft Authenticator code, click "Other ways to sign in" and choose an alternative verification method.
- Once you’re signed in successfully, go to the Security tab.
- You may be prompted again for two-step verification. If so, use "Other ways to sign in" again.
- Under Security, select "Manage how I sign in".
- Find "Send sign-in notification", expand it, and click "Remove". This will remove Microsoft Authenticator as a sign-in method.
- Sign out of your Microsoft account completely.
- Sign in again, return to the Security section, and re-enable Microsoft Authenticator.
- On your phone, uninstall the Microsoft Authenticator app, then reinstall it and set it up again when prompted.
Please let me know at which step you might get stuck, or if you don’t see one of these options. I’ll be glad to guide you further.
