I understand that your Hotmail Account is Not Receiving Emails
To better assist you, could you please confirm the following:
- Are you unable to receive any emails, or is the issue limited to Facebook password reset verification emails only?
- If you send an email from another personal email account to your @hotmail.com address, are you able to receive it?
Before to diving to more difficult issue, I would recommend you try steps as following:
1.Check Junk/Spam Folder:
- Go to https://outlook.live.com and sign in.
- In the left sidebar, click “Junk Email”.
- Browse the list for any missing or misclassified emails.
- Right-click an email and select “Move to Inbox” or “Mark as not junk”.
2. Outlook.com Email Problems:
This is an explanation so you can understand your issue, not a solution steps provider, if you meet this issue, you can find out the reason here:
- Many Outlook/Hotmail users worldwide report not receiving emails.
- Often caused by strict filtering or your domain being blacklisted by Microsoft.
- This is a server-to-server issue, not a user-side problem.
- Microsoft Answers forum cannot intervene in such cases.
- The sender’s domain admin must contact Microsoft’s mail server admin to resolve it.
3. Reach Facebook Chat Support:
If the issue is only at the Facebook CAPCHA. I would like to recommend you reach to Facebook chat support as well:
- Visit: https://www.facebook.com/help/
- Describe your issue with the support agent
4. Reach Microsoft Contact Support.
