การ uninstall และ reinstall โปรแกรม Microsoft Office

ขออนุญาตแชร์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการ uninstall และ reinstall โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ครับ

ถ้าหากคุณพบเจอบปัญหานี้ ลองแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวโดยทำตามขั้นตอนข้างล่างนี้ครับ

(เวอร์ชั่นภาษาอังกฤษ)

1.        Delete component of previous Microsoft Office component

a.        Remove any remaining Windows Installer packages of the 2007 Microsoft Office system

·         Click Start, On the start search box, type in %windir%\Installer folder

·         On the View menu, click Details. (if you don’t have “view”, press “Alt” button on your keyboard.

·         On the View menu, click Choose Details.

·         Click to select the Subject check box, type 340 in the Width of selected column (in pixels) box, and then click OK.

·         Click View menu, point to Sort By, and then click Subject. In Windows Vista

·         For each .msi file where the subject is "Microsoft Office 2007," right-click the .msi file, and then click Delete.

·         Also Delete any folder that ends with *F01FEC or *0FF1CE

b.        Remove any remaining Microsoft Office installation folders

·         click Start Search, type %CommonProgramFiles%\Microsoft Shared, and then press ENTER.

·         If the following folders are present, delete them:

o   Office12 and Office14

o   Source Engine

·         click Start Search, type %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office, and then press ENTER.

·         If the following folders are present, delete them:

o   Office12 and Office14

c.        Remove any remaining Microsoft Office installation files

·         click Start Search, type %appdata%\microsoft\templates, and then press ENTER

·         Delete the following files:

o   Normal.dotm

o   Normalemail.dotm

·         click Start Search , type %appdata%\microsoft\document building blocks

·         open the subfolder in that location

·         Delete the Building blocks.dotx file

·         %AllUsersprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Data

·         Delete only the Opa12.dat file

·         click Start Search, type temp, and then press ENTER

·         On the Edit menu, click Select All.

·         On the File menu, click Delete

·         click Start Search, type %temp%, and then press ENTER

·         On the Edit menu, click Select All.

·         On the File menu, click Delete

2.        Remove the registry subkeys of the 2007 Microsoft Office system

a.        click Start Search, type regedit (to open the registry editor)

b.        Export registry Key

·         Click File and the click Export

·         Set the Export range to All

·         Save it on your desktop

c.        Locate and delete if you found the following registry key

·         HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft*Office*

·         HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\12.0 (also 9.0; 10.0; 11.0; 14.0 if exists)

·         HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Delivery\SourceEngine\Downloads\*0FF1CE}-*

·         HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\*0FF1CE*

·         HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UpgradeCodes\*F01FEC

·         HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\*F01FEC

·         HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ose

·         HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Features\*F01FEC

·         HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\*F01FEC

·         HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\UpgradeCodes\*F01FEC

·         HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Win32Assemblies\*Office12*

3.        Delete whatever Microsoft Office installation is left on Programs and Features

4.        Restart computer and try to install Microsoft Office again
