Error Code 1603 ได้แสดงขึ้นมาเมื่อคุณกำลังติดตั้งโปรแกรม Microsoft Office 2010 ที่บน Windows XP

สวัสดีครับ

ถ้าเป็นเช่นนั้น ลองแก้ไขปัญหา Error Code 1603 ที่แสดงขึ้นมานั้น โดยทำตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้ครับ

เวอร์ชั่นภาษาไทย

1.        กดปุม Start แล้วพิมพ์คำว่า services. msc

2.        ไปที่หัวขอการใช้งานของโปรแกรม Windows Management Instrumentation service

3.        หลังจากนั้นให้เขาไปที่ C:\Windows\System32\Wbem\Repository folder เพื่อเปลี่ยนชื่อโฟล์เดอร์

         (กดปุ่ม Start>Computer>Local Disk(C:)>Windows>System32>wbem>Repository>Right Click>Rename ตามความต้องการของคุณเปลี่ยนเชื่อโฟล์เดอร์)

4.        กลับไปที่ Windows Management Instrumentation service แล้วเปลี่สถานะเป็น Started

5.        ตามด้วยรันโปรแกรม Microsoft Office 2010 setup

เวอร์ชั่นภาษาอังกฤษ

1.        Launch services.msc

2.        Stop the Windows Management Instrumentation service

3.        Rename the C:\Windows\System32\Wbem\Repository folder

4.        Go back to services and start the Windows Management Instrumentation service

5.        Run Office 2010 setup
