เมลล์บริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถส่งให้กับ hotmail ได้

ยินดีต้อนรับเข้าสู่ฝ่ายสนับสนุน Microsoft Community ค่ะ

สำหรับปัญหาการส่งอีเมลของบริษัทไปยังบัญชี Hotmail ของทาง Microsoft ที่คุณแจ้งมานั้น ไม่ทราบว่าคุณสามารถส่งอีเมลถึงผู้รับโดเมน Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud และอื่นๆได้ตามปกติหรือไม่ค่ะ

Gmail ตอนแรกได้ค่ะ แต่ตอนนี้ไม่ได้เหมือนกัน

Yahoo ตอนนี้ยังส่งได้อยู่ค่ะ

iCloud ยังไม่เคยส่งค่ะ

ไม่ทราบว่าบัญชีอีเมลของคุณลูกค้าเป็นโดเมนแบบกำหนดเองใช่หรือไม่ค่ะ และมีข้อผิดพลาดใดๆแสดงหลังจากส่งหรือไม่ค่ะ ทีมงานขอทราบบัญชีอีเมลที่ประสบปัญหาเพื่อตรวจสอบในระบบด้วยค่ะ
