Hello, คาร์ไบซอล มุสิกพันธ์

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A

Thanks for your feedback. I have read your description of the problem and I understand the problem.

I have carefully reviewed the screenshots you provided. Based on the information in your screenshots, I seem to have found the exact source of the problem.

The most critical piece of information in your screenshot is the version of Windows you currently have installed: Windows 11 Home N. This "N" version is the key to the problem.

The "N" versions of Windows are special versions designed specifically for the European market. According to the requirements of the European Commission, these versions do not include media-related technologies, such as Windows Media Player, music, video, sound recorder and other applications, as well as some basic frameworks that support video calls and streaming media.

Your digital license may be a standard Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Home Single Language license. When you reinstalled your system, you mistakenly selected and installed Windows 11 Home N version.

Because of the version mismatch, when your computer contacts the Microsoft activation server, the server says, "I found a Windows 11 Home digital license for this computer, but you are now requesting activation for Home N version. These two are not the same product." Therefore, activation fails and returns error code 0x803FA067, prompting you that you do not have a valid digital license (for N version).

The only way to solve this problem is to reinstall the version of Windows that exactly matches your digital license. Now that you have reinstalled, it should be familiar to do it again. For how to install Windows from scratch, you can refer to the following link,

Reinstall Windows - Microsoft Support

You need to recreate a Windows 11 installation media (USB drive) and make sure to select the correct version during the installation process.

Follow the prompts of the installation wizard. When the installer asks you which version of Windows you want to install, it will provide a list. Please make sure to select "Windows 11 Home Edition" and never any edition with an "N" or "Pro" suffix. When asked to enter a product key, select "I don't have a product key". Because your license is a digital license tied to your hardware, the system will automatically activate when you connect to the Internet after installation. Install Windows Only (Advanced)", then select your primary partition (usually the largest partition on drive 0), format it, and install it.

Finish the installation process and set up your user account. When your computer is connected to the Internet for the first time, it will automatically contact the Microsoft activation server, find the digital license that matches your hardware, and successfully activate your Windows 11 Home edition.

Best Regards,
