My PC just got into a problem yesterday. When I opened the task manager it appears that there are thousands of Window Host Process rundll32 running in my task manager and it caused my PC to lag alot

Most likely your system is infected with malware, those processes should not be running in the background.
Download the Microsoft Safety Scanner and run a full scan with that.

When that completes, download the free version of Malwarebytes and run a full scan with that.
Do either of those find and remove malware from your system?
