อย่างที่ทางทีมงานได้เรียนและเเจ้งไปก่อนหน้านี้ นะครับว่า ทางทีมงานไม่ได้มีนโยบายให้การสนับสนุนผลิตภัณฑ์จากเทิดปาร์ตี้ นะครับ

ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้น เมื่อเห็นอาการเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของคุณที่เติมไปด้วยไวรัสและเเมลเเวร์เต็มไปหมด ลองแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวเเล้วจึงลงโปรแกรมแอนตี้ไวรัส ที่คุณต้องเลือกที่จะติดตั้ง นะครับ ทำตามขั้นตอนด้านล่างนี้ นะครับ

 ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้งTDS Killer แล้วทำการแสกนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์

  1. คลิ๊กเพื่อดาวน์โหลด http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.exe
  2. คลิ๊ก Run
  3. ทำตามขั้นตอนของโปรแกรมที่มีมา
  4. ทำการแสกนคอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยโปรแกรม TDS Killer โดยรัน Full scan
  5. รีสตาร์ทเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์

    คือผมสแกลทำไมมีเยอะจังอะครับไม่รู้ตัวไหนไวรัสจริงอะครับรบกวนด้วยนะครับ

    แต่พอผมใช้ Malwarebytes Anti-Malware ตัวฟรีนะคับสแกนไวรัส

    D:\vruknx.exe (Malware.Packer.Gen) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

    C:\isfok.pif (Malware.Packer.Gen) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
