    Hi,

Your first screenshot shows that the password reset page does not recognize the username entered. However, these screenshots alone do not establish why this is happening or whether the trial registration completed successfully.

    Please try the following:

    1. Verify the exact work account username you created during registration, including both the part before @ and the complete onmicrosoft.com domain. Check any signup records or confirmation emails for this information, if included. The contact email provided during registration may differ from the account used to sign in.
    2. Open an InPrivate or Incognito window and go directly to the Microsoft 365 admin center. If prompted to select an account, choose Use another account and enter the verified username manually. This is a troubleshooting check; it does not mean the browser session is the confirmed cause.
    3. If you can access the admin center, select Subscriptions in Simplified view, or Billing > Your products in Dashboard view. Check the product name and subscription status, as described in What Microsoft business subscriptions do I have?.

Please confirm the exact E5 product listed in your signup confirmation or admin center. Microsoft 365 E5 includes Intune, but “E5” alone does not identify the subscription. This check concerns your intended Intune testing; it does not explain the username error. See Microsoft Intune licensing.

If the username matches your signup records but is still not recognized, and you cannot access the admin center, contact Microsoft through the Phone support section of Get support for Microsoft 365 for business. Explain that you registered for an E5 trial and cannot access the account, and ask for help investigating the registration and sign-in issue.

Could you confirm whether you received a trial confirmation email and what page opens after the direct admin center sign-in attempt?
