Logic App: Validation Failure During Resource Move — Conflicting Resource Group Hosting

Problem description

I am trying to move a Logic App resource along with its associated App Service plan from one resource group to another in Azure. However, the move validation fails with an error indicating 'ResourceMoveProviderValidationFailed'. The validation message states that the resource is listed in the source resource group but is hosted in a different resource group, leading to a mismatch that prevents the move.
