I am experiencing a serious issue with my Minecraft account. Until recently, everything worked perfectly, but suddenly, I was logged out and now I cannot log back in.

When I try to sign in, I receive conflicting information: sometimes it says that my account does not exist, and other times it shows that the account does exist on Microsoft’s side.

I am certain that I own the game, and I have proof of purchase (order confirmations and receipts). I am concerned that someone may have attempted to take over my account.
