Hi Community,

We have an ongoing issue in Microsoft Bookings where the application has removed our opening hours and made the booking page generally inactive.

We re-activated the application and it's up & running, but can't set opening hours for our booking page. This causes the available hours to be wide open. Company information is also removed.

Error messages is that information is missing, but the real bug is that opening hours doesn't contain any fillable fields = No information can be saved.

We have tried reseting the booking page but can't get passed this bug.
Other booking pages we support are up and running as normal, meaning this is a local problem for a specific page.

Looking forward to see if any help can be found through the community!

Best,
Erik

Hi Erik Stener,

From your description, it sounds like the booking page has lost its configuration data, which explains why the opening hours fields are missing and why company information was removed. This can occur if the service cache becomes corrupted or if the booking page object in the tenant is partially reset.

Since other booking pages in your environment are functioning normally, this confirms the issue is localized to the affected page. The first step I recommend is clearing the browser cache or testing in a private/incognito session to rule out client-side rendering issues. If the fields are still missing, you should try exporting the booking page data and re-importing it, or recreating the booking page from scratch. This ensures the schema is rebuilt correctly and the opening hours fields are restored.

Another option is to use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to verify that the Bookings service is fully enabled for the affected mailbox. Occasionally, disabling and re-enabling the Bookings license for the user account associated with the page can refresh the configuration.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, I recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft 365 support, as this may be a backend synchronization problem specific to your tenant.

I hope this helps you restore your booking page functionality. Feel free to leave a comment if you need further assistance. And if you find this answer helpful, please hit “Accept Answer” so I know your concern is resolved.

Jason.
