Hijacked account and now blocked by microsoft 615 days ago

hey! My microsoft account was hacked around 615 days ago where a hacker hijacked the whole microsoft account by changing both the password and the email address of the account.

I was able to get ahold of the account shortly after it happend by going to some microsoft form and being able to change the password, but i was never able to revert the change of the email adress. One day later i try to log in but find that microsoft themselves permanetly locked my account. Remember that this was 615 days ago.

I've tried multiple times to do the recovery form but everytime i get an answer back saying that the evidence i provided isn't enough. I have multiple screenshots, of games played on that account where you easily can spot the gamertag connected to the now blocked account, still on my pc that quite easily prove im the real owner of the account, but the form that i have to fill out never asks for any eveidence in that form. Thats why im now writing here as my last resort to try get the correct help.

Important info is that the account im writing on right now is not in any way related to the hijacked account in question, other than maybe the location. Ive spent over 2400 hours on just that account playing different games so it is for me quite an important matter.
