Hello Gert-Inge Nilsson, thanks for posting this in our community.
Based on the image, it looks like you have a large number of empty folders on your system disk (C:) after upgrading to Windows 11. These folders include system-related directories such as C:\SysReset\CloudImage, MDM, OldOS, Scratch, as well as folders under C:\Program Files (x86) like EaseUS, Google, and Microsoft EdgeCore. There are also other folders like Temp, Package Cache, and CrashReports.
These folders exist because SysReset folders are created during Windows reset or upgrade operations and usually contain logs or temporary files for troubleshooting. OldOS might be related to remnants of a previous OS installation. Empty folders under Program Files often belong to apps that were installed, uninstalled, or updated. These folders are generally harmless if empty, but some may serve as placeholders for future updates or repair operations.
Recommended method to clean them up is to use Disk Cleanup or Storage Sense. Press Win + R, type cleanmgr, and select the system drive (C:). Then click Clean up system files and check options like Previous Windows installations and Temporary files.
Kind regards,
John Oli
