Unfortunately, files deleted from OneDrive more than a year ago are almost never recoverable, even by Microsoft Support.

You can still try below.

Recycle Bin: Check OneDrive’s Recycle Bin. Deleted files stay up to 30 days.

Second-Stage Recycle Bin: For business accounts, items can remain for up to 93 days.

Local Copies/Backups: Files may still exist on your PC, external drives, or backup tools. To check in local copies, just try searching with file names using Windows search. Press Win+X ->Select File explorer-> Use search option at the top right.

What to do going forward:

Turn on OneDrive "Backup" (Documents, Desktop, Pictures) to ensure automatic protection.

Consider Microsoft 365 Personal or Family . It includes ransomware recovery and version history.

Set up another backup (like external HDD or another cloud) for redundancy.
