i cant leave my family. let me explain for you a little more.

so it all began with my dad wanting to fix screentime on my PC via microsoft. he then created a family. but it didn't work. everything that happened was that i couldn't open certain apps like xbox or opera GX browser. and then he tried to refresh the site and it said that he isn't even in a family. and when we tried leaving by his email. he didn't get anything. so im technically stuck in this family and it doesn't let me leave. and now more and more stuff gets blocked. i cant even open Xbox! so im wondering if yall on microsoft could help me. i need to get out of the family. HELP ME ASAP. thank you.

    • May I know what do you see when you log in to account.microsoft.com/family? Both with you and your dad's account. (For this, I suggest you clearing the site data first or login in Incognito or InPrivate mode).
    • May I know the message appear when open your Xbox or the blocked features?
