Based on the description you provided, you would like to know which subscription you can delete without losing your files.

If you're subscribe to multiple subscriptions to OneDrive, Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365, you can cancel or consolidate some of them without losing your files. However, it depends on where your files are saved, and which account they are linked to.

May I know what specific subscription do you have? Is it OneDrive standalone, Microsoft 365 Personal, Family or Business?

Are they all associated with single Microsoft account?

Are your files stored in OneDrive?

If you cancel your Microsoft 365 or OneDrive Subscription, you will NOT lose your files immediately. However, your allowance will revert back to 5GB of cloud storage. If you're over your storage limit after a cancellation, you won't be able to upload new files or edit existing files on OneDrive until you're under quota. But the files will NOT be deleted.

You can safely cancel any duplicate Microsoft 365 or OneDrive subscription as long as you download or transfer important files from that account beforehand. Confirm that your main files are stored in one active Microsoft account.

    Hi Roy,

    Thank you for the response. You are on the right track toward simplifying and consolidating your Microsoft subscription. You may cancel your current Microsoft 365 Family and standalone Word subscription but keep OneDrive for now. Once expired, start a new Microsoft 365 Family plan under the same account. This will include 1 TB of OneDrive storage allowing you to cancel the standalone OneDrive plan.
