Can't login to my Windows account

I have a Teams workplace account (at least it was created for using Teams). When I login the login process proceeds without complaints, but when it is finished then I'm still not logged in. Today when I tried to login it even asked me to enter a new password which it accepted, but login still doesn't work.
So I had to create another profile to be able to create this ticket. How can I reset my old account, becuase I don't want to use this one as it is using a Gmail address which is awkward?

    I give up. Text above this dialog says (translated) "Answers can be marked as accepted by the person who created the question". I'm logged in using same account as when I created question but there are no means to mark question as "accepted" :-(
