Använda klassiska Outlook i Windows för personlig e-post, kalender och kontakthantering
Hello Mac. I believe the issue due to how Outlook Classic handles account types and folder synchronization. If your folders appear in New Outlook but not in Classic, it is likely that your account is using IMAP or Microsoft 365 and Outlook Classic hasn’t fully synced the folder structure locally.
First, open Outlook Classic and go to: File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Email tab
Select your account and click Change, then confirm that Use Cached Exchange Mode is enabled. If it’s already on, try this:
- Right click the missing folder in the folder list, choose Properties, then click Clear Offline Items.
- Go to the Send/Receive tab and click Update Folder to force a resync.
If the folder doesn’t appear at all, you may need to rebuild the local .ost file. Close Outlook, then rename the .ost file located at: C:\Users<YourName>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
Outlook will regenerate it on next launch.
