Dear Community and Leonardo_Y!
First: Can I not change the message management in the community so that I read the answeres in the languages they are written in. I can translate better myself.
The problem: Has a Lenovo ThinkStation P320. Have contacted Lenovo and they are willing to change the motherboard and processor. The hardware for the monitor sound is located in the processor and the driver for the display sound is included with the driver for the integrated graphics contained in the processor, Intel HD Grapics 630. Has Windows 10 21 H1 64-bit. The computer was manufactured in 2017.
Why I'm answering you one more time is because I'm still not sure it's a hardware error. What if it's a system error anyway!
An example of what happened the other day:
I checked a bit on energy settings, because they often cause problems. I changed in advanced energy settings to default settings. When I then restarted the computer, the windows startup sound came from the display sound. But the next time I restarted the computer, the startup sound came from the computer's internal speaker. This is how it has been going on all the time, sometimes only the end of the start sound comes from the display sound. If I turn off the internal speaker in windows, sound, no sound will come at all.
I checked and connected the monitor to another ThinkStation, then it worked perfectly. Have never experienced this problem before.
Best regards,
