Hi,

I'm an MS Administrator and have a reoccuring issue with VPN Error 691.

My users regularly gets this and is simply solved by unlocking their account and reseting their password.

Ironically enough I get this issue myself aswell, but of course that is not as easily solved by the actions mentioned above.

I've had this issue now for a week and I can't seem to figure out a way to make it work for myself.

My login credentials are 100% correct, which seem to be the most common error with 691.

I've played around and tested multiple edits of my local Group Policies recommended from other parts of the web, but nothing seems to fix my problem.

Does anyone have a similar issue they managed to solve or know what the problem actually is with error 691 if it's not the login credentials?
