Hi ThomasT47,
The result shows that your ethernet port is disconnected that's why it doesn't have an IP address. Please make sure that your cable connected to your computer and router is properly plugged. Also, check that your network adapter is not disabled in network settings.
Your wifi lan adapter has an IP address but it doesn't have dns server IP address. We will try to manually put google public dns in your wifi adapter. Please follow these steps.
- Press windows key + x , then choose settings
- Go to Network & Internet then Wi-Fi. On the right side, look for Change adapter Options.
- Network Connection Window will appear. Select your Wi-Fi adapter then right-click and click properties.
- Select Internet Protocol version 4 and double click it.
- Internet Protocol version 4 properties will appear. Tick Use the following DNS Server addresses. Input these IP addresses.
Preferred DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
- Click Okay. Then Click Okay again
- Check if you can now browse to the internet.
Sincerely,
