Help! I connected all the audio equipment (microphone and audio interface) to the computer, but the microphone itself is very quiet; also, when checking the sound via Windows 11 settings, the microphone sound level is about 14–15%, even though the level is set to 100%. Moreover, when listening to the microphone sound, it can only be heard in the left ear.

2026-10-02T18:05:37.02+00:00 Thank you for your confirmation. As you mentioned that its happening even on another device, then most likely the problem is with the audio equipment. I highly suggest to manually have the device checked instead for any hardware issue
