Hello. I am unable to download the official Windows 11 25H2 Russian x64 ISO from the Microsoft Software Download website.

The ISO download page returns error 715-123130 and says the service is unavailable for my location.

I also tried the official Media Creation Tool, but it fails to start with error 0xC1900500 - 0x20000.

I need the official Windows 11 25H2 Russian x64 multi-edition ISO for an in-place repair installation.

Could you please provide a temporary direct download link from Microsoft's official download servers?
