Problem: I am located in Russia and cannot download the Windows 11 ISO from the official Microsoft website due to regional restrictions. The official download page and the Media Creation Tool are unavailable and result in an "Access Denied" error.
Request: Could you please provide a temporary direct download link for the official ISO with the following parameters?
Version: Windows 11 25H2 (latest stable)
Language: Russian (ru-RU)
Architecture: x64 (64-bit)
Edition: Multi-Edition (Home/Pro)
The link is needed for a clean installation of Windows on my PC. The direct link should be from the official Microsoft server (software.download.prss.microsoft.com). I understand that such links are valid for 24 hours.
Thank you in advance for your help.
