Welcome Andrii Overchenko,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your screenshots, Windows appears to detect the Wi‑Fi adapter but not the onboard Ethernet controller, which helps narrow down the possible causes.
Could you please confirm the following before we continue?
- In Device Manager, do you see any device with a yellow warning icon under Other devices or Unknown devices?
- If you open Device Manager and select View > Show hidden devices, does any Ethernet/LAN adapter appear?
- Which version of Windows 11 are you running? Press Windows + R, type winver, and share the version/build number.
In the meantime, please try these checks:
Step 1: Check for hidden or disabled devices
- Open Device Manager
- Select View > Show hidden devices
- Expand Network adapters
- If a wired Ethernet adapter appears, right-click it and select Enable device
Step 2: Scan for hardware changes
- In Device Manager, click the computer name at the top.
- Select Action > Scan for hardware changes
- Wait a few moments and check whether the Ethernet adapter appears.
Step 3: Verify the adapter appears in BIOS
Since LAN is enabled, also check whether the BIOS specifically lists the onboard LAN controller as present and enabled. If available, load BIOS default settings, save, and restart Windows.
