Hello Microsoft Q&A team,

I am located in Russia and I am unable to download the Windows 11 ISO from the official Microsoft website due to regional restrictions. The download page does not work, and neither does the Media Creation Tool.

Could you please provide a temporary direct download link for the official ISO with the following parameters?

Version: Windows 11 25H2 (the latest stable version)

Language: Russian

Architecture: x64

I need this ISO to perform a clean installation on my PC. Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello Microsoft Q&A Team!

God bless you if you can help me also!

But this time I need a Media Creation Tool without any regional block with the same parameters above.
