Hi Jafar Ismatov,
While your current locale appears to be ru-RU, I see that you're using English in your post, so I'll continue supporting you in English. If you'd prefer to switch to Russian, just let me know.
If you're unable to obtain the ISO directly, you can try using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool instead.
Please download the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's official Windows 10 download page and run it. When prompted, select Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC. Then clear the Use the recommended options for this PC checkbox so you can manually choose Russian as the language, Windows 10 as the edition and 64-bit (x64) as the architecture. After that, select ISO file and follow the prompts to create the installation image.
Please note that Windows 10 reached end of support on October 14, 2025. While the installation media remains available, Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows 11 on compatible devices to continue receiving security updates and support.
I hope this helps. If you run into any issues during the download or media creation process, please feel free to post back.
