I think you may have deleted critical system files, which could have caused the operating system to become corrupted. If you are running a system recovery, you may be asked to enter the administrator password that you used when setting up your Microsoft account on the device for the first time.
Before doing anything else, I recommend that you first back up all of your files to the cloud or to an external hard drive.
If you are unable to locate the password correctly, then you can try the in-place upgrade method and see if it works. To do this, download the latest Windows 10 ISO file and run the setup directly from your computer. This will repair and overwrite the corrupted system files.

- Once the file is ready, mount the ISO file.
- Double-click Setup.exe to start the installation.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and ensure to select 'Keep your files, apps and settings' during the repair upgrade process.
