I passed DP-700 on 29 June 2026 through Pearson VUE. Pearson VUE shows “Congratulations” and confirms the exam was delivered. However, my certification and exam result do not appear in Microsoft Learn or my certification transcript, and I did not receive any confirmation email from Microsoft. I am unable to access the Engage Center because it says I do not have permission. Could a moderator please help create a support case or investigate this issue?
