доброе время суток

подключила бесплатную версию microsoft365 на месяц, за неделю до окончания месяца отменила ее! но, ровно в дату оплати за подписку сняло деньги..... как их вернуть?

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this situation. Sometimes, if a subscription is canceled too close to the renewal date, the charge may still go through. If you purchased your Microsoft 365 subscription from a third-party retailer, such as Amazon, you will need to contact that retailer directly to manage the subscription and billing.
