Only the organizer of a family group can remove members or child accounts from the group. If you are already the organizer but are unable to remove the people, please note that there currently appears to be a backend issue on Microsoft’s side. This issue may prevent organizers from managing consent or removing a child or other member from the family group, and the page may appear blank, as shown in the screenshot.

This may be a backend issue, and it will likely be resolved within a few days, but it isn't guaranteed because there is no official confirmation from Microsoft yet.

In the meantime, I recommend submitting your feedback directly to Microsoft developers from the Microsoft Family Safety homepage:
