Where exactly do you fail the setup? Are you not able to scan QR code from your phone?
Troubleshooting setup for the Phone Link
- On the Windows PC, press Windows + I to open Settings.
- Go to Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
- Find your iPhone in the list, click the three dots (...) next to it, and select Remove device.
- On the iPhone, open Settings > Bluetooth.
- Under My Devices, find the Windows PC.
- Tap the ⓘ (Info) button next to the PC name.
- Tap Forget This Device and confirm.
- Restart both the PC and iPhone after removing the pairing.
