OneDrive and outlook problems, can't log into them

So previously my microsoft account was stolen and pretty fastly hacker changed everything. I've created new microsoft account (because thanks to support, didn't helped at all even tho I didn't had 2FA turned on and I'm on 99% sure they're able to recover account) with same gmail. In total I am getting strange errors in outlook (it says already added) and ondrive - asks for pin, I write, getting error 0x80190001. Please help me somebody
