Hello,
To further check on this, can you please confirm if have you enable Auto Save during while working on your Excel file? If yes, then you have the option to restore the previous version of your Office by going to File Tab > Info > Version History.
However, if in case Auto save is not enabled, I am afraid there is no option to go back to the old version of file, but you may need to manually redo the changes.
