Hi! Based on the screenshot, this looks like the classic/legacy Windows 11 context menu displayed in Russian. This is normal display/localization behavior, not a system error.
Windows 11’s newer File Explorer context menu moved common actions such as Cut, Copy, Paste, Rename, Share, and Delete into the top row as icons, while the legacy menu may still show older-style text entries. Currently, there is no supported Windows setting that changes only those shortened context-menu labels into full words.
If you mean to reduce the items available in the menu, the safest and most user-friendly way to streamline your menu is to check the individual settings within specific applications, to disable their shell integration directly from their own preference menus. Alternatively, some third-party utilities allow you to safely filter out and disable third-party shell extensions without manually altering core system files.
