Yes, it may still be possible to activate Office 2010, since the current official activation article still includes both online and telephone activation options.

Because Office 2010 and Windows 7 are both out of support, activation can sometimes be a little less reliable now.

If you are seeing a message about no internet connection, it may help to check whether TLS 1.2 is enabled on Windows 7, as this may affect Office activation there.

If online activation still does not go through, the official fallback is to open an Office app, go to File > Help > Activate Product Key, and choose the telephone activation option.
