Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Bing. Despite changing my region and language settings to Spain, the search engine continues to display the Chinese version.

I have already updated my region and language preferences, but the changes do not take effect. The interface and results remain in Chinese.

Please assist in resolving this issue so that Bing correctly reflects my current location and settings.

Thank you.

Please note that this is RU-RU Q&A Forum, any threads should be posted in Russian. However, I will still provide an answer in English based on your initial response.

    Hi Anton Kravchuk

If Bing remains in Chinese even though your region and language are set to Spain (or another non‑Chinese locale), this is usually caused by conflicting language signals rather than a Bing-only bug.

Please verify all of the following, as Bing uses them together:

    1. Microsoft account language Sign in to account.microsoft.com → Profile → Language. Make sure Spanish (or your preferred language) is set as primary and remove Chinese if present.
    2. Browser language order (Edge/Chrome/Firefox) In browser settings → Languages, move Spanish (or English) to the top and remove or deprioritize Chinese. Restart the browser afterward.
    3. Bing site language Scroll to the bottom of bing.com and manually select the correct country/region and language.
    4. Clear Bing cookies only Clear cookies for bing.com and microsoft.com, then reload Bing and sign in again.

Hope this helps. Feel free to update here if anything comes up!
