The computer has insomnia

After upgrading to windows 11 (I had windows 10), the computer stopped falling asleep, now I use hibernation mode. The problem itself is that after I press the sleep mode button, the computer remains running and the monitor simply turns off, with the slightest mouse movement, the monitor turns on again. The windows system is activated (I have a PC, not a laptop).
