Hello,
I am afraid Microsoft will not considered that anymore.
Windows 11 not supporting 7th-gen CPUs (like Intel Kaby Lake) isn’t because they’re “too slow” in a simple sense. It mainly comes down to security architecture, reliability standards, and long-term support goals set by Microsoft. They simply don't align with Microsoft’s long-term support and reliability targets, and OEMs have no plan to advance them to meet these Microsoft targets either.
I am sorry. Also, this is community, no one here can make the decision either.
