I cannot recover my Outlook email account

Hello, My child created an email account ******@outlook.com and used this account to register an iCloud account. The problem is that my child cannot remember the password that was set, nor the security questions that were used for the email and the iCloud account. In order to recover the iCloud account, the system sends a verification code to the email ******@outlook.com . However, to recover the email account itself, we need to answer the security questions. Unfortunately, my child does not remember the answers. At the time of creating the account, the answers were entered without understanding their importance, and they were not written down or saved anywhere.
