Hi @Демьян Горин,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
It appears your account is caught in a restricted state typically reserved for minors, even though you are 20. This often happens because the Xbox system fails to refresh its internal "age check" even after a user has an adult birthday. Essentially, the safety filters are still active because the server hasn't been forced to re-evaluate your profile.
Since standard support isn't an option, here are some effective ways to trigger an update and unlock your multiplayer settings:
1/ The "Family Organizer" Self-Fix
Because the system currently views you as a "child" account with no permission to change itself, you can override this by becoming your own "parent."
- Go to family.microsoft.com.
- Create a "Family Group." Since you are 20, the system should allow you to be the Organizer.
- Once you are the Organizer, the system recognizes you have administrative rights. You can then go to the Xbox Settings page and the "You do not have permission" message should disappear, allowing you to toggle Multiplayer to Allow.
2/ Mandatory verification check
As of February 2026, Microsoft has increased security for accounts in certain regions. Sometimes, the "permission denied" message is actually a placeholder for a missing Age Verification.
- The system may require a valid credit card or a government ID scan to "prove" you are over 18.
- Regional Tip: Since you are in Russia, the verification page might not load correctly. Try using a VPN set to a region like Turkey or the US, then open an Incognito/Private window to see if a specific "Verify your age" prompt appears.
3/ Manual Profile "Push"
Sometimes the birthdate is correct on your Microsoft account but hasn't synced to the Xbox servers.
- Go to account.microsoft.com/profile.
- Even if the birthdate is correct, click Edit profile info, re-type the year, and hit Save.
- This "edit" often forces the system to send a fresh data packet to the Xbox Live servers, which can unlock the privacy page.
4/ Re-syncing Minecraft
Once you manage to change the settings on the website to "Allow," the game might still show a block because it has "cached" the old restrictions.
- Sign out of the Microsoft Store and the Xbox App on your PC.
- Delete the "Xbox Live" credentials from your Windows Credential Manager (search "Credential Manager" in the Start menu > Windows Credentials > Remove entries starting with "Xbl").
- Sign back in. This forces Minecraft to check the server for your updated age permissions.
