High latency ACPI on clean Windows 11
Hello, I have had a problem with significant delays in ACPI for a long time. I have an HP Pavillion 15 cw-xxx laptop. Around the fall of 2024, I started having problems with the sound, namely, the sound crackles after a while.
I tried to solve it with the help of a lot of guides and so on, but nothing helped.
Here is a short list of what I tried to do to solve this problem:
Managing the laptop's power plan - setting it to high performance.
Opening hidden functions in the registry to manage the laptop's power settings and then changing the settings so that everything is at maximum performance.
Downloading drivers for my AMD chipset
Trying to download an older version of the ACPI driver from the Internet
Updating the BIOS to the latest version.
Resetting the BIOS settings to factory defaults.
And this is not the entire list of what I tried to do to reduce driver lag.
And now I have reinstalled a clean original version of Windows 11 Home and nothing has changed. I am also sending you the results of the LatencyMon program after testing the laptop with it.
CONCLUSION
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. At least one detected problem appears to be network related. In case you are using a WLAN adapter, try disabling it to get better results. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:03:41 (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.
Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 4311,0
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 62,561155
Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 4305,10
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 55,068358
REPORTED ISRs
Interrupt service routines are routines installed by the OS and device drivers that execute in response to a hardware interrupt signal.

REPORTED DPCs
DPC routines are part of the interrupt servicing dispatch mechanism and disable the possibility for a process to utilize the CPU while it is interrupted until the DPC has finished execution.
Highest DPC routine execution time (µs): 9053,830
Driver with highest DPC routine execution time: ACPI.sys - ACPI Driver for NT, Microsoft Corporation

DPC count (execution time >=4000 µs): 5
REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.
NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.
Process with highest pagefault count: svchost.exe
Total number of hard pagefaults 96549
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 73824
Number of processes hit: 48

P.S. The only thing that really helps is completely removing the ACPI driver from the computer, but that doesn't suit me. That's why I'm here. Maybe you can help me. Thank you in advance!
