My mail to microsoft was changed to ****@outlook.com and now I can't login

My email address @mail.ru was recently changed to* ***@outlook.com by microsoft (or maybe it was me, i don't really remember) and now I can't login to my account because I don't email id. Is there anyway that I can find out what my email id is? Account that I'm using now is not related to that story
