My xbox account was hacked.

Today my account was hacked and I was able to regain access to it, but that’s not the case when I went into the profile xbox account disappeared and asks to create a new one and in recent actions writes that the study record was created 5 hours ago although it is not so. Also I noticed another oddity is that in epic games xbox remained tied to the account, please tell me what can be done with this?
