This message means Azure AD requires user interaction to complete authentication — it is not a system error. AADSTS16000: interaction_required happens when Azure cannot sign in silently and needs the user to take action (login, MFA, consent, password reset, or Conditional Access).
Ypu need to try sign out and log in again through the browser (preferably Incognito/InPrivate) and complete MFA if prompted.If this comes from an app, use an interactive login (acquireTokenPopup or acquireTokenRedirect) instead of silent authentication.
