I am submitting an urgent quota increase request for my project HAYLEX AI, a legal technology platform currently entering its production phase under the Microsoft for Startups program.

🔹 Project Overview

HAYLEX AI is an AI-powered LegalTech system that processes Armenia’s complete legal corpus, including:

• 15 other authoritative sources (≈ 200 GB total)

The platform uses a multi-agent AI architecture (7 specialized agents) and a RAG pipeline with pgVector-based semantic search to provide real-time legal analysis for law firms, corporate departments, and government bodies.

Three leading Armenian law firms are awaiting production access for pilot testing, scheduled to begin next month.
