Hi, I really need help.

When I try to log into my Microsoft account, the login email has been changed to another address that doesn’t belong to me. After checking my Gmail inbox, I realized the account was hacked back in July, but I didn’t notice it until now.

I have access to the account, but only through the Gmail service. As proof of ownership, I can provide:

Screenshots from Gmail with notifications about the hack

Screenshots of my purchases, including Minecraft (PC)

Personal information for verification

Unfortunately, I cannot provide the last 4 digits or expiration date of the card I used, because it expired more than 3 years ago and I no longer have the details.

At this moment, the only service that still works with my account is Microsoft Store, but I can’t access account settings or security.

The recovery form doesn’t help me at all in this case. I’m ready to send all the screenshots and proof directly to Microsoft moderators if needed.
