Hi,If OneDrive stops syncing, restart your device and make sure OneDrive is running. Update it via the settings menu, then try unlinking and relinking your account. If that doesn’t work, reset OneDrive by pressing Windows + R and entering %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset.

С 05.08.2025 пропала синхронизация между файлами Excel Online.
Файлы xlsx размещены на One Drive.
Проблема у многих пользователей.
При попытке обновить ссылки возникает «Ошибка сервера», «Не удалось получить это значение из-за ошибки на сервере».
Рекомендации по очистке cookes и кеша не помогает.
Помогите решить проблему!!!

Can you try deleting the file cache of your onedrive. Locate it here
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache
You will need to close OneDrive before deleting the cache.
Starting OneDrive will automatically rebuild the cache.
Then if you see this pop up
Try disabling your antivirus. Then open it up once all done.
