My Azure subscription (ID: 5c847f7c-6458-48e0-84a4-96efb67e9412) is Disabled, and my account was deactivated on August 23, 2026, when my Azure Sponsorship credits were canceled. However, BRL 990.10 was charged to my card. Please investigate the billing period, verify whether the usage was eligible for my sponsorship credits, and issue a full refund if the charge was incorrect. I also need assistance because the Disabled status prevents me from managing billing settings.

To request a review:
1. Go to Azure Support https://azure.microsoft.com/pt-br/support/create-ticket/
2. Sign in with the account associated with the subscription and select Billing.
3. Provide the charged amount, details regarding the Sponsorship cancellation, and the subscription ID.
4. Request a review of the charge, verification of applicable credits, and a refund if an error is identified.
If you are unable to open a support ticket, please contact Microsoft Support.
The billing team will need to check the records to determine the source of the charge and refund eligibility. Do not share credit card details on the forum.
Clarify refund limits; ask for the subscription and charge IDs.
